About Marmiflet - The House
The beautifully restored farmhouse has five spacious bedrooms - four double and one twin-bedded - and three bathrooms upstairs (one ensuite). All of the bedrooms have ceiling-mounted remote-controlled fans/lights installed and ample wardrobe and drawer space.

Downstairs, the large, well-equipped kitchen leads into a very large living room and then into the converted stable cum utility room in which there is a further toilet, a shower/changing room, a washing machine and a freezer.

The house is approached down a long, private drive and is not overlooked. A large, heated freshwater swimming pool sits in the pretty, fenced garden below the house. It has a big paved surround, a covered sitting/eating area and a summer kitchen with a barbecue for poolside food preparation. Swimming towels are provided.

There are plenty of outdoor games and toys including table tennis and badminton. Indoors there is satellite TV, a DVD and video player, books, games and puzzles.
